Hello, thank you for visiting my companies international website. Maybe you already know that in 2011 when I worked as a cook for Landal Greenparcs in city Doetinchem, the Netherlands, I started fiercely hallucinating, and in the months after that couldn't focus, sleep, work or function anymore. It was a very tough time, and I only made it through that very difficult time ,because of my mother. She has let me live with her for 36 years. And because of my sister Emina who taught me to sell and gave me life time employment.
In the years 2012 till 2020 there was no money, I couldn't find work and if I did find work, I couldn't keep it for longer than a few weeks. When working for Landal since 2007 till 2012, I have learned about saving and investing through books, courses and experience.
In december 2012 I started my first company : Jasko investments To invest mine and clients money in mutual funds, and pay investors a 10% return on investment, every year. So that their money would double in 10 years. It could be called a investing club and was permitted to have 100 members. It was not allowed to be called a money managment or investing company, because of strict regulations by the Authority on financial markets.
I had a Guarantee with my company Jasko investments, that people would get back their money. I found 5 clients : my father, my mother, my sister, moma's friend and my ex girl friend. In the first year I payed them 12,5 % In the years after that I was struggling, I didn't know sales and marketing and didn't know how to get more customers.
I had E 1600,- euro in the portfolio and if it did 20% a year, that would only be E 320 euro I could not live from that. I tried to earn some extra income by delivering advertizing and newspapers and by cleaning the house of an old man in my neighbourhood.
Eventually I had to close the ´'company'' to be able to apply for a income from the government...My applications were denied about 6 times.
In 2015 I got an opportunity to sell packages of greeting cards for a charity, that my sister and her boyfriend at that time had started, they were both working in door to door sales for some years.
They gave me sales training and took me with them to see how they sell After a while, I went out selling ,door to door, on my own. I started getting customers and making sales and earning money. Because of permit regulations ,it was not practical for me to continue selling on behalf of the charity, so I started my 2nd company called Hajro, and continued selling greeting cards.
After a while I also added a gift mug and started designing my own greeting cards. I have been writing in journals since 2010 and in 2017 I wrote and self published my first book
Build your fortune. In the years after that I continued selling packages of greeting cards door to door and I wrote and self published more and more books, now a total of 50 books. Somewhere in 2020 I got medicine for my hallucinations and it helped a lot (but it didn't cure it)
I also got an income from the government and was able to leave my mothers house. I now live in Asterstraat 7, 7021 ZE, in Zelhem ,the Netherlands. (yes I know that most authors hide their living address, I don't ) After being labeled unfit for ordinary work ,the agency that pays me my government income changed.
I get about E1400,- per month and if I earn less than 300 euro per month with my business they will not cut it from my income....I am very thankfull, this is more than enough for me and my 5 cats. So you see.... I am not desperate to sell you my books or get your money.
I am doing fine. In 2021 / 2022 Danish Usmani ,who i met online, read some of my books and wrote articles about them, for which I payed him. Calvin dos Santos and Elizabeth Alabi did the same thing. After a while Danish invested about E 1000,- euro in my 2nd business : Hajro. The government agency had also paid me an extra E 5000,- euro, because of corona, they had delays. With this money I paid back my mother, sister and father, for investing in my first company My ex girlfriend and my mothers friend I had already payed back some years ago. So I kept my word , I delivered on my gurantee, they got their money back plus some extra. Although it has taken me many years to do it.
I also ordered some extra inventory of greeting cards and payed Danish back about E 2000,- euro Which was the agreement, that I would double his money. When I worked at Landal I got a loan from the bank, because I had a steady income and life time employmen by contract. After getting fired and those very tough 10 years with no or little income, I could not pay back the loan Other bills and debts had piled up. About 1 year ago I got in a debt program. I pay 60 euro a month and a percentage of my companies profits for my debts, after 3 years the people who I owe money will get a cut from what I pay monthly and the rest of the debts will be erased and I will be debt free, about 2,5 years from now. This all has not stopped Danish for making a 2nd investment, for which he is getting a monthly pay out.
How it works : If you invest 1 dollar/1 euro, I can buy 5 greeting cards for 0,20 a piece I sell them for 1 euro a piece If I sell the 5 greeting cards, I have earned 5 euro from your 1 dollar/euro investment I can then very easily pay you out 2 dollar/2 euro Doubling your money. It just takes me a while to sell the greeting cards. I watch the channel Coffeezilla, Spencer Cornelia, Mario Brown or Dario Brown and more on youtube They talk about all kinds of scams.
Online I have found that there is a whole industry of people scamming people. The newest thing is they take a picture of you from social media and start contacting people that you know and ask and beg them for money ,that you supposedly need with a lot of urgency to pay something like rent or get through the month. With those crypto coins there have also been lots of scams also involving influencers.
Itś a tragedy, especially when it was peoples life savings. This makes it very hard for a good person and a good company to find investors. You probably understand that I don't want to end up in their video's being called a scam artist getting buried in bad reviews have people loose their trust in me and having to close up shop. I can only say : my company is called Hajro International BV, Hajro is my families name, I am not gonna shame my family and all the people that have Hajro as their last name.
I stay honest, even when things get tough and don't go well. You can ask Danish, I was to pay him 300 euro a month and double his money in 1 year. But that was not realistic, and now I pay him about 150 euro a month and when I can I pay more. You can find my company at www.kvk.nl which is the dutch chamber of commerce where all companies in the Netherlands are registered. Go there and in the box ´ ´ Zoeken´ ' which means search type in Hajro and the business will show up in the search results.
Showing you that itś not just a website, but a real entity, a real business that pays tax. I started this business on september the 1st 2015 as a sole proprietorship, in 2022 it became Hajro International BV a business structure similar to a LLC and it has stocks. I learned to love my work, the door to door selling and the writing of books and helping people by doing those 2 things, I also enjoy making videos on youtube that are a bit marketing for me but also very good advice and helpful to people. I will keep doing this untill I die, yes even when I am an old man, I will still be going door to door, to stay in motion and remain healthy my works and my business give my life meaning.
